Empowering working families in the Northwest Valley
“I’m Stella Maloyan—a 40-year Valley resident, a progressive Democrat, and a nonprofit executive. I believe we need more than only two women serving on the council to change City Hall and make it more responsive to our Valley neighborhoods.
On the council, I’ll shut Aliso Canyon down and win justice for our communities. I’ll work to repair our roads and sidewalks, and implement regional solutions for affordable housing, homelessness, and the creation of good-paying jobs.
I helped build one of the region’s most significant nonprofit organizations—the Los Angeles Alliance for a New Economy (LAANE) and have nearly two decades of experience empowering people in our neighborhoods to hold City Hall accountable.
I’m working to earn your vote so that we can get our neighborhoods back on the right track, by fixing the problems City Hall hasn’t.”
